Reagan's Spring Break Getaway

For Spring Break Reagan went to Pittsburgh for a week.  She had a lot of fun with Grammy and Popski.  Friday we were up early to catch a flight to Pittsburgh.  We got on our first try of flights, Delta.  The flight attendant from ATL to PIT gave us two empty seats so Reagan got her own and she loved it.  I put one of her new movies on and she sat there the whole time watching it.

When we got to my parents Reagan took a nap and when Popski came home I woke her up.
She was all over Cole the whole time.  She would look at him and say woof woof.
Cole really didn't mind Reagan he would walk into the room lay down and she would walk over to him and pat him on the head and talk to him.  Ha Ha

I told my mom that while Reagan was there visiting that we had two expectations....
to be off the paci and to be potty trained. ha ha I was joking.
neither happened but she only uses her paci for nap time and bed.

But at least my mom took pictures of Reagan everyday for me.

During the week Reagan went to visit Xander and Maddie.  Paul and I has called to talk with her and she was having too much fun playing with the kids.  Maddie has even asked when Baby Reagan was going to come and play again.  She makes friends wherever she goes.

I got back to Pittsburgh late Thursday night.

Friday Grammy and Popski were both off from work and we went to the zoo.  Reagan loved the flamingos, lions, and the fish in the Aquarium.  It was a great day and the weather was beautiful.

After the zoo we all took naps.  After naps we went out to play with the bubble machine.
Reagan had a blast.

We were sad to leave Saturday morning, but we had to get back home.
Reagan loves to visit Grammy and Popski and cant wait to go back again.
We flew straight to ATL and had Paul come pick us up.  That way we didnt have to sit in ATL all day trying to catch a flight.  I must say non-reving spring break... was a success!

Trip to Guam

For Spring Break Paul and I went to Guam to visit some friends who live out there.  It was a lot of traveling for a short stay.  Going over you lose a day and coming back you gain it back.  But end up being up for 24 hours when you finally get back.  So the day you come back it is a very long day.  On Sunday we flew out of Houston to Tokyo then to Guam.  We arrived Guam Monday night at 9.

Enjoying Business First

Tues we slept in somewhat.  We hung out and had breakfast.  Greg took Erin and her family to the beach and Paul and I hung out to go to Brian's.  Paul, Greg, and I went over to Brian's and stopped and had lunch before going to meet everyone at the beach.

The view from Greg and Erin's apartment

The water was so clear
BEAUTIFUL!!!

Wed morning I was up EARLY!  I just hung out until everyone woke up.  Paul, Greg, and I met up with Brian and his girl friend Marina.  We drove around the island and enjoyed a snack and drink at the Pirate's Cove.  To end the night we went to the Beach bar for drinks and enjoy the sun set.

Thurs morning we left early because the flights were all full on Friday.  We left Guam early in the morning and had a nice long layover in Tokyo.  Thank goodness for the United Club.  Then we got on the flight to Houston.

Once we arrived in Houston Paul and I went separate ways.  He came home and I went to Pittsburgh to get Reagan.  WOW it was a lot of flying in a week.  AND it was ALL done with no guaranteed seat.  We did pretty good considering it was Spring Break.

The time difference is 15 hours from Central time.  For such a short trip it was very hard to get on the right time.  But it was a good time away so it was worth it.

March for Babies

This year we are going to participate in the March for Babies, with the March of Dimes.  We hope that you will either join our team and walk with us or make a donation.

The March of Dimes is a very important organization to us.  Reagan although born 6 weeks early was healthy considering the circumstances but still had a few things to overcome.  We were very lucky to have Reagan at a wonderful hospital with great nurses and doctors taking care of her.  A day short of a month in the hospital we were able to bring home our sweet baby girl.

Every day, thousands of babies are born too soon, too small and often very sick. We're walking because we want to do something about this.

The money we raise will support March of Dimes research and programs that help moms have full-term pregnancies and babies begin healthy lives. And it will be used to bring comfort and information to families with a baby in newborn intensive care.

Please join our team.  If you can't walk with us, please help the us reach our goal by making a donation. You can do that online as well.

Thank you for helping me give all babies a healthy start!
