20 Weeks

Well today we are the 1/2 way point of pregnancy. Baby Hearn is the size of a cantaloupe! And from the ultrasound about weighs 11 oz. So I guess the few pound weight gain is from the cupcakes :(

Everything is going good. Baby was not cooperating and was very relaxed the entire time with its butt down and feet crossed... Lounging just like mom does while watching t.v. and curling into a ball. The tech did turn on the 4D which was pretty cool. I wish all of the cupcakes would go to the baby and not to my rear end... ha ha ha!

In 4 weeks we get to have another ultrasound because of Baby not cooperating. Score for us! And do the 1 hour Glucose test.
Profile of Baby

Our Baby in 4D

I did ask the tech to look and see if she could tell what Baby was and she looked for a while and said "I think I can tell". But even if I did want to know I don't know if I would actually believe her because it was a looooong time of looking.

But we are happy with our Baby "SURPRISE"!!

Believe in Miracles

Believe in Miracles

Love your life. Believe in your own power, your own potential, and your own innate goodness. Every morning, wake with the awe of just being alive. Each day, discover the magnificent, awesome beauty in the world. Explore and embrace life in yourself and in everyone you see each day. Reach within to find your own specialness. Amaze yourself, and rouse those around you to the potential of each new day. Don't be afraid to admit that you are less than perfect; this is the essence of your humanity. Let those who love you help you. Trust enough to be able to take. Look with hope to the horizon of today, for today is all we truly have. Live this day well. Let a little sunshine out as well as in. Create your own rainbows. Be open to all your possibilities; possibilities can be miracles. Always believe in miracles!

Enjoy a few of my fav's** Story behind this picture... Paul's uncle decided to put a chain and padlock around Paul and give a single number to random guests... and numbers were given out multiple times. We had to ask guest if they had a number and then Paul had to figure out the combination.

Thursday before the Wedding

On June 17th we went to Pittsburgh for my brothers wedding. Paul and I were lucky enough to get into town early on Thursday. My younger sister and her boyfriend flew in about the same time I did. And Paul was about 2 hours behind us. That evening we ended up going to the Hofbrauhaus with Aimee and Trenton. After Hofbrauhaus we went to the Pirate game. I guess we were not as much of a good luck charm as we thought, because the Pirates lost by 1. But we did make it in time for Trenton to see the Pierogi Race. My pick won!! We were all getting into cheering for our Pierogi.

Paul's dinner... I was pretty excited about it because when we went to Hamburg he had it there and it was pretty good.

PNC Park.... defiantly not a packed house

I love how much they are getting into yelling at the Perogies!

After the game we headed home to hang out with the rest of the family and relax a little, because the wedding FUN was about to start.
