Weekend Get Away Day 2 ~ BWI / DCA

The second day (Saturday May 30Th) we were in Baltimore we had to be up early to go to our tour at the White House. Rachel made us some Cinnamon rolls for breakfast (not on the P90X diet) but were still good. We were not allowed to take camera's on the tour of the White House sorry no pictures from there. After our tour we went to the car and retrieved our camera's and took a walk to see a few of the sites. It was such a beautiful day that we headed back to the house to get some R & R and to enjoy the sun. Jane (the GPS) was a great help with getting us around, but she always seemed to take us through the ghetto. I'm not sure what was up with that. We had planned on going to the baseball game and so did the rest of Baltimore!! When the game didn't work out we decided to go eat at M&S. Everyone had sea food and I had grilled chicken and pasta so that we wouldn't have to make a trip to the hospital for an allergic reaction. Shaun was told about an area called the Power Plant. There was a Howl at the Moon there. If you are not familiar with Howl at the Moon it is a dueling piano bar. It was one of the best that I have ever been too, they had pianos (of course) and guitars. It was a BLAST!!!! We were ALL singing our hearts out.
